So, i was driving along the highway today on my way back from a client meeting and had a revelation about a business idea. Since I think it actually has some potential I won't divulge the details just yet but I did do some research on some potential domain names.
What a racket! It seems like just about every domain name out there I could think would work for this business idea was owned by some shady legal firm or busty-Super Bowl ad-milking marketing company. Made me wonder just when did someone buy up all these domain names? I realize that the WWW has been around for quite some time now. And I certainly remember the days before the internet, but when did someone have the, now apparent, foresight to buy the most random combinations of words .com.
Of course, I realize that having the domain name is merely the entry point into my future business. I need to investigate the market a little further.... before I give in to the mammary market-eers.
